A full deep dive into your business - from the ground up. We follow your customer journey, look at past, present and future plans - and devise workable strategies with ready-to-go tactics for you to drive your business forward.

Here's a brief overview of the next steps in working with me...
1. If you wish to book your website or design in with me, contact me and then we can look at the next available dates we have in our diaries.
2. Then, the total price gets split in half - 50% is then due to confirm that date in the diary. Splitting the cost like this is another way I can help small businesses, as it means it's not such a big outlay for them all in one go.
3. Once the date is confirmed and the deposit is paid, we get together - whether this is in real life, on a video, or phone call - we have a really good deep dive chat into you, your business and what you're looking for in a website.
After this I will send you a list of everything I need from you to get cracking... this will include the pages & text I need, the imagery, contact details etc. I can work with you on pulling this all together, as sometimes it can seem a bit daunting.
I will also explain all of the techy questions you might have - I like to fully empower my clients to know what it is i'm doing and not baffle you with long technical words that you don't understand!
4. Once I have all the info, then I collate it all ready to get started on the date booked in! That week, I will send you your staging site for you to see and let me know any edits & changes, we go back and forth with changes (if needed) and then, when all happy, your brand new website will be live and in the world! Whoop!
It's a very exciting moment and I usually end up getting as excited as you do!
